The Campaign Registry (TCR) works with North American and global mobile operators and CPaaS companies to register Application-to-Person (A2P) text messaging Campaigns. We are a profitable scale-up with a dynamic environment. Our products are both platform and API based and address different stakeholders in the telecommunication/CPaaS industries.
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Product Designer to shape the future of our products and design culture. In this role, you’ll guide a team of designers, partner closely with Product and Engineering, and drive end-to-end design excellence—from strategy to execution. You’ll ensure our products are intuitive, cohesive, and impactful across every touchpoint. This position is fully remote, candidates must be based in the eastern time zone.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead and elevate the design process across multiple products and teams.
– Advocate user-centered design practices and ensure design quality and consistency.
– Translate complex ideas into clear, elegant, and effective user experiences.
– Drive design-led initiatives, refinements, and improvements that enhance product usability and business impact.
– Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success) to define and execute product design strategy.
– Mentor and develop designers, fostering growth, collaboration, and creative excellence.
– Communicate design concepts through wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and detailed visual designs.
– Integrate user feedback, data insights, and business needs into ongoing product iterations.
– Manage a cohesive design system and scalable design strategy across channels.
Qualifications
– 10+ years of experience in Product Design, delivering end-to-end digital products in cross-functional environment, B2B experience a plus
– 3+ years of design leadership or people management experience.
– Proven ability to define and execute design vision across multiple teams and stakeholders.
– Deep understanding of design principles, interaction design, typography, and visual systems.
– Strong grasp of product development, engineering collaboration, analytics, and user research.
– Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and projects independently.
– Track record of inspiring teams to push creative boundaries and deliver exceptional work.
– Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
– Experience working in agile environments with distributed/global teams.
Benefits:
– Basic Salary Range: $130,000- $160,000 annually. The salary may be adjusted within this range based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience and specific needs of the job.
