The Campaign Registry has officially launched in the USA ! From Monday 17th 2020, Campaign Service Providers (Messaging providers, aggregators, resellers) will be able to setup their account on csp.campaignregistry.com and start registering 10DLC campaigns on behalf of their brands.
The registry supports a sanctioned A2P 10 Digit Long Code (10DLC) messaging ecosystem and provides visibility into the messaging source and content, allowing mobile carriers to provide a more reliable and predictable messaging service in exchange.
The Campaign Registry has the goal of bringing transparency to the US messaging ecosystem by benefiting each of its players:
Carriers have now visibility into the “who” and “what” of each messaging campaign which allows them to provide a better quality of service for 10DLC messaging, while CSP’s can have confidence knowing that they are using an officially sanctioned messaging channel. Brands can finally benefit from a better quality of service for their messaging campaigns.
CSPs that want to ensure continuity of service for their 10DLC messaging should start to register their Brands and Campaigns as soon as possible.
